QWER POP-UP STORE
An experiential pop-up store centered around the universe of Gen Z-targeted girl band QWER, designed to strengthen the physical connection between the fandom community and the brand.
Launched on May 2, 2024, at The Hyundai Seoul, the project was a fully integrated case—covering everything from concept planning and design to product production, spatial construction, and on-site operation.
The space featured storytelling structures aligned with the band’s universe, including photo zones, archive displays, and a goods section.
Customization elements reflecting each member’s unique personality were incorporated to enhance emotional connection with fans.
Rather than a static exhibition, the layout was designed to organically drive community engagement and fandom-driven spread.
