LISA POP-UP STORE 'ALTER EGO'
On March 7, 2025, the global pop-up project themed around LISA’s new conceptual universe ‘ALTER EGO’ launched simultaneously in Korea and Japan.
Held at Daelim Warehouse × MUSINSA Studio in Seoul and the select shop NUBIAN in Tokyo, the entire process—from planning and spatial design to construction—was executed in-house. Successfully launching in both cities at a considerable scale made this project a notable example of impactful execution.
The pop-up experience centered on emotional storytelling and immersive spatial design, featuring large-scale installations, sculptural elements, archive walls, and photo zones. These components came together to express the concept and mood of LISA’s latest album with refined spatial detail and creative depth.
This project stands as a compelling case of transforming LISA’s artistic identity and global presence into a physical experience—a high-quality pop-up that successfully established the artist as a brand.
